Our journey began with a treasured family recipe for Jamaican Black Rum Cake, and what started as a family tradition has grown into a passion for creating desserts that bring people together. Crafted with raisins and mixed fruits infused in wine and rum, this rich Caribbean classic has been perfected over the years and remains the heart of our business.  Along the way, we introduced our signature Black Rum Cake Donuts, giving customers another delicious way to enjoy our most-loved flavour.
